Objectives
The Plans and Programs Committee aims to:

Develop and implement strategic programs that promote innovation, sustainability, and competitiveness in the food manufacturing industry.

Identify key industry challenges and formulate responsive plans and initiatives.

Collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies, academic institutions, and industry partners, to enhance program effectiveness.

Evaluate the impact of PCFMI programs and recommend improvements.

Secure funding and resources to support industry development projects.

Key Activities
- Developing industry programs and initiatives that address key challenges and opportunities.
- Organizing industry forums, training programs, and capacity-building activities.
- Establishing partnerships with local and international organizations for program funding and collaboration.
- Monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness through impact assessments and feedback mechanisms.
- Preparing reports and recommendations for the continuous improvement of industry initiatives.
