Who can be a member?

Membership is open to any individual or legal entity engaged in:

The manufacture of food in the Philippines, by any process

Any business activity related or ancillary to food manufacturing

Eligibility is subject to the regulations set by the Board of Directors and any future guidelines the Board may establish.

Membership Types and Fees

Corporate Membership

For food manufacturers or entities engaged in:

  • 1. Food manufacturing
  • 2. Agricultural production
  • 3. Trading and/or distribution of food products

Must have offices or facilities in the Philippines.

Associate Membership

For entities not directly engaged in food manufacturing, but involved in business activities related or ancillary to it, and supportive of PCFMI’s objectives.

How to Apply

Joining is straightforward:

Submit your application

Interested applicants must accomplish the PCFMI Membership Information Sheet (MIS) and submit it via email to foodchamber@gmail.com, along with any of the following available documentary requirements:

  • Company Profile
  • SEC Certificate of Registration
  • Updated Business Permit
  • BIR Form 2303 (Certificate of Registration)

Committee review

Upon receipt of the MIS and supporting documents, the application will be forwarded to the Membership Committee for initial review and screening. The Committee may recommend the application for endorsement to the Board of Directors.

Board evaluation

All membership applications will be presented to the Board of Directors for final review and approval.

Notification & Billing

The PCFMI Secretariat will notify the applicant regarding the status of their application. If approved, a billing invoice will be issued to facilitate the processing of the membership fee payment.
